FRESH GINGER MULE
Love Moscow Mules, but don't love all the sugar? Here's a healthier spin on a traditional Moscow Mule, with an added boost of prebiotics and probiotics. This cocktail or mocktail (hey #DryJanuary!) is just a tad sweet and super zesty, with a fiery kick from fresh grated ginger and Peach Ginger wildwonder. Serve in a copper cup.

- 6 oz Peach Ginger wildwonder
- 2 oz vodka (optional*)
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1 sprig of mint, for garnish
- Lime, for garnish
*If you're celebrating #DryJanuary, leave out the vodka for a delicious non-alcoholic mocktail.
Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, and fresh ginger to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and let the shaker sit for a minute so the ginger flavor can infuse. Strain into a glass. Add ice and top off with Peach Ginger wildwonder. Garnish with a sprig of mint and lime. Cheers!
